Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support our growing web development business. Your primary role will be to identify and acquire new clients (companies, shops, and local businesses) who require professional website development services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients across the UAE
Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and communicate service offerings effectively
Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Compensation:
Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
Earn 21% of the total project value for each client you bring in
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Requirements:
Based in the United Arab Emirates
Experience in sales, client acquisition, or lead generation preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of web development services is an advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
