Role Description

The Commis 2 – Asian Cuisine is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Asian cuisine, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained. The individual will collaborate with the culinary team to execute recipes, maintain kitchen organization, and fulfill daily operational needs. This position requires a passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and adherence to Hygiene standards.
• Strong skills in Cooking and Culinary Arts, with a focus on Asian cuisine.
• Effective Communication skills to work within a team and follow instructions.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred.
