Commercial Sales Manager Full Time

Role Description: One of our clients in the retail sector is looking for a Sales Commercial Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Manager based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, set and track sales targets, and manage a sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the retail sector. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will prepare sales forecasts and business plans, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategies. Daily responsibilities also involve coaching and developing sales staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and coordinating with other departments to support efficient store and commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Business Planning, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Proven experience in retail or commercial sales management, ideally within the Iraqi market or similar environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and coaching.
• Ability to work on-site in Iraq and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills; proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
