Role Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to join its high-tech practice and work closely with startups and entrepreneurs.
This role focuses on advising clients on commercial and corporate matters, including investment rounds and M&A transactions, with extensive work conducted in English
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing legal counsel to startups and entrepreneurs on commercial and corporate matters
- Lead and support investment transactions (fundraising rounds) and M&A deals
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements
- Lead negotiations in English with local and international stakeholders
- Manage client relationships and provide day-to-day legal support
- Work collaboratively with internal legal teams across multiple practice areas
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer – mandatory
- Proven experience representing startups – mandatory
- Excellent English skills (approximately 95% of the work is conducted in English)
