Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to reach out to doctor offices and healthcare providers to schedule meetings with our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and communicating professionally with medical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctor offices and medical practices
- Introduce our services clearly and professionally
- Schedule meetings/appointments with decision-makers
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain communication
- Update call logs and track progress in CRM or spreadsheets
- Meet daily/weekly call and appointment targets
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Experience in medical billing or healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience calling US-based doctor offices preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools)
