Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Coach position. The Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring individuals or groups to achieve specific goals, facilitating training sessions, and developing tailored strategies to meet clients’ needs. Day-to-day tasks include coaching, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and empowering individuals to reach their potential in alignment with organizational objectives.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility to cater to different learning styles and needs
• Proven experience in training or coaching in a professional capacity
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance and related sectors is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
