Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Human Resource Manager, based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing human resource operations across multiple properties within the cluster to ensure alignment with hotel policies and objectives. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and adherence to labor laws. The Cluster HR Manager will also implement training programs, oversee employee relations, and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution to maintain a positive workplace environment
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Retention Strategies, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Performance Management Systems and process improvement
• Knowledge of Qatar’s labor laws and compliance standards
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Decision-Making skills
• Ability to implement Training and Development programs effectively
• Proficiency in HR Software and Employee Management Tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
