Role Overview:
🔹 Lead and oversee multi-property hotel operations within the cluster.
🔹 Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
🔹 Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Manage full P&L responsibility including budgeting and forecasting.
🔹 Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across all properties.
🔹 Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and corporate leadership.
🔹 Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and local regulations.
🔹 Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements:
🔹 8–10 years of progressive management experience.
🔹 Minimum 5 years in multi-property or cluster leadership roles.
🔹 Strong expertise in P&L management and financial performance.
🔹 Proven track record in driving revenue and operational excellence.
🔹 Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
🔹 Strategic thinking with strong decision-making skills.
🔹 Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market (Jeddah & Makkah preferred).
🔹 Proficiency in ERP systems and business analysis tools.
🔹 Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
