Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered services
• Lead, manage, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experience
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company standards
• Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, and financial targets, ensuring profitability and growth
• Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management on business development and expansion plans
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Handle budgeting, reporting, and cost control measures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clinic Operations Manager / Healthcare Operations Manager
• Strong background in medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinics (preferred)
• Exposure to European, North American, or Australian healthcare systems is highly valued
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end healthcare environment
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field (master’s is a plus)
