A specialized Lipedema clinic in Amman is looking for a highly organized and proactive Clinic Operations & Growth Manager to lead daily operations, improve patient experience, and support the clinic’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, consultations, surgical scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Lead and coordinate medical and administrative teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, infection control, and healthcare standards.
- Improve the patient journey from first contact to treatment and follow-up care.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, expenses, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
- Support service development, growth strategies, marketing activities, and event coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication between the doctor, the therapeutic team, and the administrative staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, medical center, or hospital management.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of patient experience, quality standards, and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage teams, reports, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
Salary
JOD 550 – 650 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
