Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in Al Ain. The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing operational procedures, budgeting, training personnel, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the role involves fostering a customer-focused culture and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service and strong ability to manage patient relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Budgeting and effective financial management to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Medicine or healthcare-related operations to ensure alignment with medical standards and practices
• Experience in Training and coaching staff to ensure best practices and professional growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and clinic operations
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in clinic or healthcare management is a strong asset
