The Client Servicing Associate is the face of Origin at the front desk and the first point of contact for every member. This document sets out the role, schedule and core responsibilities, followed by the daily operational standards expected on every shift.
Schedule
Five days per week, including one weekend day on a rotating basis (Saturday or Sunday).
Monday – Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Alternating Saturday / Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary
$700 / month as base pay + Sales and Operations bonus
(base pay is inclusive of transport and is non-negotiable)
