We are hiring our founding Client Relationship Manager to help build the business alongside the founder from day one.
What you’ll do
- Own and develop relationships with Professional Clients (typically USD 1M+ investable)
- Work directly with the founder and CIO on portfolio strategy, mandate design, and bespoke client solutions
- Represent the firm in client meetings, investment committees, and strategic industry relationships
- Contribute to how the firm is built, offering, processes, culture, hiring
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years in private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office; tier-1 private bank experience preferred
- Existing or readily attainable [DFSA Authorised Individual / FSRA Approved Person] status strongly preferred
- UAE-based or willing to relocate
- Genuine investment fluency: portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, structured products, alternatives
- Long-term orientation; intellectual honesty; client-first instincts
- Language advantage: [Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / Farsi / Russian / French] an asset
