A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for Civil Quantity Surveyor

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.

7 to 10 years Qatar experience must

Responsibilities:

– Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for civil works.

– Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports.

– Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.

– Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.

– Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.

– Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
