Role Description

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in property inspections and snagging to join our growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential properties, identifying defects, preparing professional reports, and communicating findings clearly with clients.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections for apartments, villas, and townhouses

* Identify structural, finishing, waterproofing, and workmanship defects

* Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and recommendations

* Communicate professionally with clients and developers

* Ensure inspections are completed to a high professional standard

Qualifications

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

* Experience in property inspections / snagging

construction quality control

* Strong attention to detail

* Fluent English communication skills

* Arabic speaking is an advantage

* UAE driving licence

* Ability to prepare clear and professional reports
