Bluebell Connect is building a next-generation real-asset economy and strategic capital infrastructure platform from Dubai — with an initial focus on large-scale real estate coordination, broker-network execution, strategic partnerships, and institutional deal infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly experienced real estate operator to join as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and become part of the core founding leadership team.

This is not a traditional corporate operations role.

We are looking for a senior execution leader with deep Dubai real estate ecosystem experience — someone who understands broker operations, developer relationships, sales infrastructure, operational scaling, transaction coordination, and high-volume market execution.

The COO will work directly with the Founder to help build the operational backbone of the organization from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and lead the operational infrastructure of the organization

• Establish scalable broker coordination and execution systems

• Lead day-to-day real estate operations and performance management

• Structure CRM, sales coordination, onboarding, reporting, and execution workflows

• Support expansion of broker, developer, and strategic partner networks

• Build operational discipline across a fast-scaling environment

• Recruit, lead, and manage operational and execution teams

• Coordinate closely with leadership on growth strategy and execution architecture

• Help transition the company from founder-led operations into scalable institutional infrastructure

Preferred Candidate Background

• Senior real estate leadership experience within Dubai/UAE

• Strong understanding of broker ecosystems and transaction coordination

• Experience managing large sales or operational teams

• Proven ability to scale operational structures in high-growth environments

• Strong leadership, execution, and decision-making capability

• Deep market relationships within Dubai real estate ecosystem preferred

• Experience with developers, brokerage firms, or real estate platforms is highly valuable

• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term institutional thinking

Bluebell Connect is not being built as a conventional brokerage model.
