Chief Financial Officer (Healthcare Expert) Full Time

We are looking for a results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for growing healthcare group managing a network of hospitals, hotel clinics, medical centers, and healthcare services across the Red Sea region. 

Key Responsibilities

✅Financial Performance

• Drive EBITDA growth and overall financial performance.
• Improve Group cash flow and working capital management.
• Lead cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Enhance profitability across all business units.
• Establish financial KPIs and performance monitoring systems.

✅Collections & Revenue Cycle Management

• Improve insurance collections performance.
• Reduce outstanding receivables and aged debt.
• Optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Strengthen revenue cycle management processes.
• Ensure efficient billing, collection, and reimbursement systems.

✅Strategic Transformation

• Lead financial restructuring and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Implement robust corporate governance frameworks.
• Drive ERP implementation and financial systems modernization.
• Develop consolidated group financial reporting structures.
• Prepare the organization for investor engagement, financing opportunities, and future expansion.

✅Operational Excellence

• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Improve reporting quality and reporting timelines.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance operational efficiency across finance and support functions.
• Establish best-practice financial management processes.

✅Leadership & Executive Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Drive departmental restructuring and capability building.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, HR, Medical, and Executive teams.
• Execute strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

Requirements

🔹Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

🔹MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

🔹Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience.

🔹Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Group Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.

🔹Strong experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical services, hospitality healthcare, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
