The Role
The CFO will report directly to Group leadership and assume full accountability for the financial performance and integrity of the group across all entities. The role carries a clear transformation mandate: leading the completion of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, driving the group’s IPO readiness program, and establishing the consolidated reporting and controls framework expected of a listed organization.
Beyond financial stewardship, the CFO will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board, bringing rigor to capital allocation decisions, banking relationships, and long-range financial planning. The role has high visibility across the group and demands a leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must bring a minimum of 15 years of senior finance experience, with at least five years as CFO or Deputy CFO within a multi-entity group or holding company structure. Prior involvement in an IPO process is required, as is hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise ERP. A recognized professional qualification is mandatory: CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and the Saudi financial compliance landscape. Strong existing relationships with Saudi banking institutions and a demonstrable track record of structuring credit facilities are essential. Saudi nationals are strongly preferred; highly qualified GCC nationals with substantial in-Kingdom experience will be considered. Full professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.
