- Yomn (www.yomn.sa) is a Saudi consultancy dedicated to driving social impact, economic development, and innovation. Our ultimate goal is improving people’s lives – including but not limited to health, climate change, education, women empowerment, sustainable tourism, arts & culture, etc.
- With 2 offices located in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, we engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (12–18 years of experience) to drive our growth. You are a high-energy “closer” with a background in consulting (B2B/B2G), ideally within the Saudi market.
- This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leading business development, lead acquisition, proposals/RFPs, CRM management, and digital marketing, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ideally you already understand both the consulting business and the nuances of working in the public sector or social impact (health, education, economic development, etc.).
- Your goal will be to do generate leads and ultimately generates new sales (i.e. projects).
- Most importantly, you love working in a startup environment where things change very fast, and you have a direct impact on the company’s success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy development (10%):
- Track market trends/competition in the social impact consultancy market, define new pricing models, evaluate partnership opportunities, and propose new service lines/offerings.
Identify new opportunities, develop proposals for RFPs, and improve process (20%):
- Lead the development of tailored, high-quality proposals that differentiate Yomn from the competition. This includes improving our current approach by developing tools, templates, better processes, etc.
- You will regularly screen for new business opportunities that match our capabilities, on Etimad and other online tendering platforms.
Marketing, Branding and Social Media Management (30%):
- Lead social media, content creation, and audience engagement while managing high-end PR, media plans, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- Drive and optimize performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social) and website ROI through rigorous data-driven analysis.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns and digital activations, including webinars, podcasts, and online events, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and execute high-end PR and Media plans, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows
Business Development and Sales (40%):
- Track and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation and CRM management to securing new business opportunities.
- Attending events, actively networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 12-18 years of work experience in business development, marketing or sales
- Startup experience
- Proven track record of winning high-value contracts/deals in B2B or B2G
- 2+ years of experience leading proposals/RFPs and with online tendering platforms such as Etimad
- Knowledge of performance marketing (SEO, paid search, paid social, CRO)
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market (strong plus)
- Consulting experience (strong plus)
- Based in Beirut, Lebanon
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
