Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Account Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Chat Account Agent will provide real-time customer support via chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting users with relevant information. Other responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction, documenting user interactions, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies in all communications.
