🔹 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Executive Manager

✅ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
* Extensive experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Facilities Management.
* Proven track record in establishing and developing O&M companies and operational systems.
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
* Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and large-scale operational projects.
* Excellent knowledge of ERP, CMMS/CAFM, Quality, and HSE systems.

✅ Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the company’s overall operations and business strategy.
* Oversee O&M contracts and ensure service excellence.
* Develop organizational structures, policies, and operational procedures.
* Drive operational efficiency, business growth, and financial performance.
* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
