A fast-growing precious metals analysis and refining company is seeking a highly proactive and strategic-minded professional to support the Founder & CEO.
Job Focus
This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance — combining high-level administrative support with business development coordination, supplier research, and strategic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support: schedule management, communication handling, and prioritization of CEO tasks
- Conduct market research to identify suppliers of smelting and extraction process materials
- Create and maintain a database of potential suppliers, including contact info and product offerings
- Initiate contact with suppliers, request quotes, and prepare evaluation summaries
- Coordinate meetings, RFQs, and preliminary contract discussions
- Prepare weekly reports on supplier engagement and business development opportunities
- Support cross-functional coordination between internal departments
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in executive support, operations, or business development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to conduct independent research and supplier outreach
- Professional bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Experience in industrial supply chains is a plus
- Ability to Travel
