About the Role:
Lead our CCTV and ELV engineering division, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of surveillance and security systems across multiple projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CCTV and ELV engineering team across projects
- Design and review CCTV, access control, and ELV system layouts and specifications
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and local regulations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects and maintenance
- Prepare technical submittals, drawings, and documentation
- Monitor system performance and ensure quality control across all installations
- Support pre-sales activities including site surveys, proposals, and solution design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in CCTV and ELV systems, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, structured cabling, and integrated security solutions
- Experience in system design, BOQ preparation, and project execution
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Qatar is preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
