Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (20/10) role for a Catering Chef, based in Al-Shatrah. The Catering Chef will oversee daily meal preparation and cooking for various clients while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities include planning menus, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver timely services. The role also involves maintaining stock levels, supervising the culinary team, and ensuring efficient and hygienic kitchen practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Culinary Skills and Culinary Management
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in a professional kitchen setting

• Formal culinary training or relevant certification is preferred
