Job Summary:

Ezma Holding is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cash Collection & Credit Control Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer receivables, ensuring timely collections, reducing overdue balances, and supporting healthy cash flow across the business.

Job Description:

• Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and correspondence to collect outstanding payments and achieve collection targets.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize overdue and high-risk accounts.
• Ensure customer balances remain within approved credit limits and payment terms.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with the accounting team.
• Issue payment reminders, statements of account, and collection notices.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer payment status and credit approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in SAP and internal tracking systems.
• Escalate long overdue or high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
• Prepare regular collection performance reports for management.
• Support credit evaluations and customer credit limit reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.

Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish; English proficiency is an advantage.

Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
