Job Description
We are looking for a Specialized Technical Services professional with experience in Card & Payments systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the PowerCARD platform, either in implementation or production support environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and development for Card & Payments applications.
Work on PowerCARD system implementation, customization, or support activities.
Troubleshoot application and transaction-related issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver payment solutions.
Ensure system stability, performance, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with PowerCARD system.
Strong understanding of Cards & Payments domain.
Experience in implementation and/or support projects.
Good development and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in onsite or offshore delivery models.
