Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
· Register and update jobs in the CRM system.
· Manage email correspondence with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
· Provide product info and prepare quotations.
· Resolve customer issues professionally.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· Strong English communication (Arabic preferred).
· Knowledge of CRM systems & basic computer skills.
· Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
· Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
