About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in delivering a seamless customer experience by handling inquiries, managing reservations, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries related to rental services
• Assist customers with vehicle reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and company services
• Conduct follow-up calls after the rental period to assess customer satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions, bookings, and feedback in the system
• Prepare reports on call activity, customer concerns, and service trends to support continuous improvement

Qualifications
