Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker located in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. The agent will also assist in maintaining customer relationships, documenting customer interactions in the system, and collaborating with other teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to use software tools and CRM systems effectively
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must
• Prior experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
• A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
