We are looking for a senior leader to head and drive our Digital Workflow business unit, with a strong focus on ServiceNow solutions.
This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and delivery ownership, working closely with enterprise customers and global vendors.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the business strategy and define growth objectives for the Digital Workflow unit
- Drive sales activities in collaboration with internal sales teams and within the business unit
- Own and develop the relationship with the vendor (ServiceNow)
- Initiate and lead strategic business and technology partnerships
- Oversee and lead complex enterprise projects end-to-end
- Take full responsibility for delivery excellence and successful solution implementation
- Act as a key integrator between customers, vendor, and internal teams (Sales, Presale, Delivery, Support)
- Build and lead high-performing professional teams (as relevant)
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing activities
Who you are:
- A business-driven leader with strong understanding of Digital Workflows / ServiceNow ecosystem
- Proven experience in leading complex sales cycles and enterprise engagements
- Strong stakeholder management skills – both internal and external
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Experience in leading teams and driving growth
