Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Business Unit Director (Cosmetics). The role involves directing and overseeing all activities related to the growth, development, and profitability of the cosmetics business unit. Key responsibilities include strategic business planning, sales and marketing strategy execution, building and managing a high-performing team, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The Director will also analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reach.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market trends and creating data-driven strategies
• Proven capabilities in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and inspire high-performing teams
• Extensive experience in Sales strategy development and execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven industry experience in cosmetics or a closely related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
