Business Relationship Manager Full Time NEW

A leading healthcare organization is looking for an AI BRM to drive and coordinate AI initiatives across the division. The role serves as a strategic bridge between business units and the technology division, working closely with BRM teams, development units, and senior leadership to advance high-value AI projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive divisional view of all AI initiatives, projects, and business activities.
• Participate in AI governance processes and contribute to working methodologies as part of the divisional AI Center of Excellence (AI-CoE).
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and organizational blockers – both within and outside the Technology Division -and define best practices to address them.
• Prioritize and advance AI initiatives based on business value, complexity, and dependencies, in close collaboration with BRM and development units.
• Define KPIs and control mechanisms to measure progress and impact.
• Consolidate insights and provide actionable recommendations to the Division VP to advance business AI initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in large, complex organizations in roles involving process improvement, process definition, and matrix-based work (ability to influence without authority).
• Proven experience working with senior leadership.
• General technological proficiency, with a particular understanding of AI — key tools, use cases, and trends.
• Strong ability to create order, standardization, and structured ways of working.
• Systems thinking mindset with the ability to identify gaps and provide operational recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a broad, customer-centric perspective.
