Job Summary
A government entity is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant to assess, redesign, and improve operational processes and workflows. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing the current state, identifying operational gaps, and developing optimized future-state processes and value chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct current-state assessments and operational gap analysis.
- Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop end-to-end process maps and operational workflows.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather process requirements and operational insights.
- Support the development of value chains and service catalogs.
- Recommend process optimization initiatives and operational improvements.
- Ensure alignment between business services, operational procedures, and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or operational transformation projects.
- Experience in BPM, process re-engineering, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities is preferred.
- Familiarity with BPMN methodologies and workflow documentation tools.
