Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Business Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement operational strategies, manage financial activities, and lead program management initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring efficient operations that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing actionable insights to support decision-making will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management, with a proven track record of improving processes and efficiency.
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess data, identify patterns, and offer actionable solutions.
• Experience in Program Management, including planning, implementing, and monitoring projects effectively.
• Knowledge and expertise in Finance, including budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the professional services or consulting industry is an advantage.
