Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, plan and execute initiatives, and analyze performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role includes fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, improving customer service processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Responsibilities also involve monitoring operational efficiency, managing resources, and contributing to the company’s growth trajectory through business planning and analytical decision-making.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development
• Knowledge and understanding of business fundamentals
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Customer Service expertise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior leadership experience in luxury services or the automotive industry is an advantage
