Business Insights Analyst Full Time NEW

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Insights Analyst for a part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include analyzing business trends and customer behavior, conducting market research, delivering actionable insights, and creating reports to support decision-making. The role involves liaising with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensuring clear communication of insights to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to process, interpret, and extract meaningful trends and insights from large datasets
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding Customer Insight to support strategic decisions
• Effective Communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Data Analytics tools and methodologies to generate business intelligence reports
• High proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and knowledge of database systems
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid workplace
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the publishing or cultural industries is an advantage
