• Developing and monitoring KPIs, performance scorecards, and improvement roadmaps

• Facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions

• Supporting change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

🎯 Who You Are

• Experienced in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or similar leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Performance Management methodologies

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership capabilities

• Passionate about driving sustainable business improvement and organizational success
