Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Business Director will oversee and drive business operations, including sales strategy, team leadership, and business planning. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, fostering relationships with clients, analyzing business performance, and implementing growth strategies to meet organizational goals. The role demands a proactive individual who can align business objectives with organizational mission and deliver measurable results.
