Panic Zones is a social entertainment company from the Middle East, creating fast, high-intensity games that turn any table into a stage. Founded by four Lebanese entrepreneurs based in Dubai, Panic Zones launched its first title in December 2025: Panic Zones: Arctic Edition — a 15-minute survival party card game of shifting alliances, sudden betrayal, and social chaos for 3 to 6 players. The game is now available across Lebanon and the UAE through retail stores, cafés, and online channels, including Virgin Megastore, King Jouet, NokNok, Amazon UAE, Noon UAE, and other growing partners. But Panic Zones is bigger than one game. Each title we build is part of a growing fictional universe, with its own setting, community, and competitive moments. Our ambition is to build a modern social gaming and entertainment IP from the Middle East to the world. We’re now expanding across Lebanon, the GCC, and beyond — and we’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help us open new doors, build strong partnerships, and grow Panic Zones across multiple markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lebanon. You’ll work directly with the founding team to grow Panic Zones across retail, cafés, gaming venues, corporate sales, distributors, and events. This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll help manage the partner journey from first outreach to first reorder. Day to day, you’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch potential partners, follow up with leads, manage account relationships, support activations, coordinate with distributors and fulfillment partners, and help grow sell-through across existing and new channels. This role is for someone who wants to be close to customers, close to revenue, and close to the real work of building a consumer brand from the Middle East to the world.
