Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Manager with a focus on sustainability, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and contribute to the growth of The GreenApp’s network. You will develop strategies to reach target markets, craft persuasive proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and promote sustainable solutions in alignment with our mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnership building
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of sustainability, circular economy concepts, or FMCG industry trends
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and spreadsheet tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
