What This Role Is About
Our client, a large FMCG company, is looking for a Business Development Manager – International & European Markets, based in Jeddah, to drive expansion and growth across key global markets.
This role will focus on identifying new international business opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and expanding distribution networks, with a strong focus on European markets alongside other key international regions.
You will work closely with export, commercial, and supply chain teams to build sustainable growth pipelines and strengthen global market presence.
You will also be responsible for managing distributor relationships, assessing market potential, and ensuring the successful execution of international expansion plans.

- Proven experience in international business development within FMCG.
- Strong track record of developing and growing export markets, with exposure to European markets being essential.
- Experience managing distributors and channel partners across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of market entry strategies and route-to-market models.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with global exposure.
