The one-line brief
Build and work a sales pipeline of consumer tech company. That’s the job.
Brokenedge is an outcome-based creative agency for scaling tech companies. We’re moving from warm network to structured outbound. You’ll be the person who runs that machine, identifying targets, writing personalised sequences, sending DMs, following up relentlessly, and logging everything so nothing leaks and ultimately building pipelines with all these efforts.

We’re not asking for a CV-and-cover-letter routine. We want to see how you think, how you sell, and how you show up.
The process has three steps and takes about 30 minutes of your time before we meet you live.
Record a 60-second video introducing yourself. One take.
Tell us who you are and why we should bet on you. Phone camera is fine and wear a black t-shirt/shirt
Watch a short video we’ll send you on a topic that’s new to you, then record a 2-minute video teaching it back as if you were briefing a teammate who missed it.
End by naming one thing you’d want a teammate’s help understanding better. We’re not testing how much you already know, we’re testing how fast you learn, how clearly you explain, and whether you’re the kind of person who builds others up.
Wear a white t-shirt/shirt
If we see you as a fit, you’ll be invited to a 90-minute group interview with five other shortlisted applicants. You’ll roleplay a cold call, build a prospect list with a small team, and give and receive live feedback. Come ready to be in the room, not to perform at it.
A few things worth knowing: we don’t care where you studied.
We care that you’re curious, fast on your feet, and unafraid to be told no twenty times before the yes.
