📍 Location: Beirut – Lebanon (On-site)
🕐 Experience: 2–5 years in business development or sales
💰 Salary: Starting $800 – Negotiable

About the Role
You will be at the forefront of our growth, managing the full sales cycle, generating qualified leads, and identifying new business opportunities that drive real results for our partners.
🔹 What You will Do:
• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound sales calls and business development activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across key UAE industries
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from outreach to conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation strategies with client goals
• Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
• Represent xTeL’s values of integrity, transparency, and excellence in every interaction
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) — additional languages are a plus
• Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
