BAJ Advisory is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the firm’s growth and expand its client network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and contributing to the growth of a professional advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects.
• Arrange and coordinate introductory meetings with business owners and executives.
• Conduct follow-ups and support client acquisition efforts.
• Assist in preparing professional business and marketing content.
• Support LinkedIn outreach and professional networking activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business development activities.
Requirements:
• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn networking, CRM systems, or professional services is an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with consulting firms, accounting firms, professional services, technology companies, training providers, or other B2B environments.
Important Note:
This position focuses on business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and professional marketing. Candidates whose experience is limited to social media page management, graphic design, or content posting only may not be suitable for this role.
