Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Business Development and Digital Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing tailored marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, optimizing SEO strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure clients’ objectives are met. Collaboration with the design and development teams to create compelling proposals and presentations will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and Social Media Strategy
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Data-Driven Marketing
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
• Creative and analytical thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a digital agency or related environment is advantageous
