We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our architectural office to actively acquire new business opportunities, expand the client base, and increase the number of architectural projects for the office
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients and a new real estate developers . (B2B and B2C)
Proactively seek new business opportunities through email, calls, networking, and online platforms
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Arrange meetings and present the company’s services
Generate leads and follow up until closing deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with the design team to understand project requirements
Support in preparing proposals and pricing
Clearly explain our firm value in architectural design and BIM-based execution drawings
Work closely with the design team to understand project scope
Align client expectations with internal capabilities
Track progress of opportunities and deals
Job Requirements
Background in Architecture or Engineering (preferred)
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in real estate, construction, and design firms is a strong advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical architectural services
