Business Coordinator – Medlab Full Time NEW

JOB PURPOSE: Facilitate daily business with suppliers/customers in the back office in terms of ordering processing from suppliers and to customers. Able with excellent skills to work on Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Office to process system transaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ordering Processing with suppliers includes and not limited to compiling orders, placing it on their system and arrange for shipments.
• Response, in coordination with BU, SM and PS, to all customer related queries, from quotations, tenders, letters or documents request.
• Facilitate and process all items transactions, from warehouse to customers, sales orders, consignments, pull-out, transfers and return.
• Process all items transactions with suppliers including and not limited to, returns and recalls.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Qualification: BA in Commerce, IT, or similar.
• Minimum Experience: 4-8 Years in the same field; preferably Medical Devices Distributors as Coordinator.
• Expert in Oracle, Sap, Microsoft Office Bundle, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
