Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
- Design, implement, and maintain business continuity frameworks and plans.
- Oversee and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, especially for technology systems.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with continuity and resilience standards.
- Coordinate with IT teams for technology DR planning and testing.
- Support crisis management and incident response activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business continuity readiness.
- Conduct DR drills, simulations, and testing cycles.
- Provide reporting and updates to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Technology / IT DR planning and execution
- Experience working in similar industry environments (government, large enterprises, or critical infrastructure preferred).
Strong understanding of:
- Business continuity frameworks
- Risk management
- Incident response
- Excellent stakeholder and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
