Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Appointment Setter whose primary responsibility is identifying potential clients, contacting decision makers, and scheduling qualified business meetings for our consulting and technical teams.

This is not a direct sales role. The selected candidate will focus on opening doors, building initial relationships, and arranging meetings with qualified prospects.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in target sectors such as Healthcare, Universities, Manufacturing, Distribution, Restaurants, Retail, and Corporate Organizations.
• Contact business owners, CEOs, General Managers, Finance Managers, HR Managers, and IT Managers.
• Schedule qualified online and onsite meetings for E2NEXT consultants.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and field visits.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth meeting handover.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with decision makers.
• Basic understanding of business software and technology is preferred.
• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good Arabic communication skills. English is a plus.

KPI (Performance Metrics)

• Number of qualified meetings booked.
• Number of decision makers reached.
• Meeting attendance rate.
• Number of new opportunities generated.
• CRM activity and follow-up completion rate.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary.
• Performance Bonus for qualified meetings.
• Additional incentives based on generated business opportunities.

Important Note

The role is focused on generating qualified meetings and business opportunities. Technical presentations, system demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closing are handled by E2NEXT’s consulting and management teams.
