The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements. In addition, the Business Analyst identifies and recommends appropriate applications and integration solutions to resolve business issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless system alignment with business goals.
Job Requirements
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional application requirements. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Analyze existing applications and recommend enhancements or alternative solutions with minimum cost. Support application implementation, testing, and user acceptance (UAT). Identify process gaps and suggest system-driven improvements. Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and reports. Provide post-implementation support and user training when needed. Collecting, and analyzing business requirements to identify the area of improvement. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Collaborate with the stakeholders on the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks.
